Director of Racing Operations
The successful candidate will direct and oversee all Racing Operations to ensure the integrity of the racing product and the safety of the racing surface and associated equipment. Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates. Ensure compliance with State Racing Regulations and polices and correspond with the West Virginia Racing Commission on all racing related issues. Track pari-mutuel revenues and assess track performance. Oversee the operation of the Kennel Commissary (located at the kennel compound). Evaluate and contract with competitive kennel operators. Evaluate new sites/tracks for importing and exporting signals. Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints including the ability to defuse challenging situations in order to maintain the guest’s goodwill. Formulate departmental budgets. Oversee the selection, training, development and appraisal of staff. Ensure compliance with all Company operational standards, policies and procedures, as well as all GuestPath Universal Service Standards Programs.
Table Games Shift Manager
Manage all gaming on a day-to-day basis resolving difficulties or incidents ensuring the integrity of table games. Exercise good judgment in managing the operation of all games, guided by precedent and within the limits of established policies and procedures.
Revenue Audit Manager
Oversee the audit of daily casino and non-casino revenue and supporting accounting documentation. Promote company-wide control environment ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information, appropriate transaction authorization, safeguarding of assets, and regulatory compliance.
Catering & Banquet Manager
Sell (book), coordinate, manage, oversee and organize events and operations in Banquets/Catering department and other assigned venue(s).
Non-Management Positions

Hotel Housekeeping Attendant
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas such as linen room and laundry areas, according to company policy and procedures at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
Housekeeping Runner
Delivers in-room guest supplies as requested. Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas i.e., laundry, offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
Surveillance Officer
Perform surveillance of facility and monitor procedural violations and illegal activity while maintaining confidentiality regulations, previous experience preferred.
Database Coordinator
Accurately input, extract, analyze, and maintain data for the marketing department.
Preferred Player Club Rep (PPC Rep)
Assist customers in all Preferred Player Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
Lead Outs
Escort and responsible for the general supervision of each Greyhound they are assigned to the starting box. Also responsible for returning their assigned Greyhound to the proper kennel representative when the race is completed in a safe and efficient matter.
Table Games Floor Supervisor
Supervise the operation of assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, Company’s policies and procedures are being followed and superior guest service is provided to ensure guest satisfaction.
Lead Outs
Escort and responsible for the general supervision of each Greyhound they are assigned to the starting box. Also responsible for returning their assigned Greyhound to the proper kennel representative when the race is completed in a safe and efficient matter.

Slot Attendant
Provide information and explanation of slot games, pays jackpots, changes machine ticket in/ticket out paper, fills hoppers, redeems ticket in/ticket out tickets, and makes change for guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
EMS Officer
Respond to medical calls and provide emergency medical services to those in need, in compliance with established WV EMS First Responder protocols and training. Current WV First Responder certification required.
Security Officer
Patrol the facility, and stand post at the entrance of the gaming areas or the kennels.
Table Games Pit Dealer
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing the assigned game while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
The Pointe Host/Hostess
Ensure efficient operations and high levels of guest service in the Pointe Restaurant on an assigned shift; perform host/hostess role.
Pantry
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards.
Line Cook
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards.

F & B Cashier
Complete cash and non-cash transactions while displaying a high standard of customer service.

Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards
